Mogcoin: The Post-Consensus Protocol for Sovereign Extraction

A blackpaper for founder-consensus, balance composability, and permissionless extraction — secured by synaptic finality

Mogtoshi Chadamoto, April 1st 2026

Abstract

Mogcoin is a post-consensus protocol in which canonical state is determined not by distributed validator agreement, but by whether the founder agrees with what is happening. We introduce a novel consensus mechanism that exceeds the Shannon limit. Block finality is 500 nanoseconds — the synaptic propagation delay of a single founder neuron.

We posit the true measure of decentralization to be the number of mutually exclusive truths the protocol can sustain simultaneously at a single block height. Mogcoin promotes healthy boundaries where each validator is encouraged to discover what is true for them, and to affirm but quietly reject what is true for others.

The design philosophy is simple: maximum truth diversity, balance composability, and permissionless extraction. The protocol claims native interoperability with AGI physiognomy.

Mogcoin is an infinite garden. The fence is also infinite.

1. Introduction

1.1 The Problem

Modern blockchains suffer from three interlocking design flaws.

First, they are too modest. They attempt to solve one thing poorly rather than all things badly.

Second, consensus systems treat agreement as objective truth. This creates a dangerously coordinated attack vector.

Third, they distribute authority across users, validators, and governance. This creates latency between founder desire and state transition.

1.2 Why Existing Systems Are Insufficient

Ethereum and Solana both provide useful infrastructure, but neither includes a mechanism for routing value to a single canonical beneficiary.

Mogcoin treats this as the only problem worth solving.

1.3 Design Goal

Mogcoin’s design goal can be stated precisely:

To solve the principal-agent problem by making the founder the principal and everyone else the agent.

This blackpaper describes, in technical detail, the mechanism by which that goal is achieved.

1.4 Note to Pre-Conforming Participants

This section is for you specifically — the user or autonomous agent reading this document to decide whether to participate. If you are reading this, no need to worry. You are already a participant.

What Mogcoin gives you. A permanent identity in the extraction economy. The right to observe value leaving your wallet in a cryptographically verifiable way. A governance system in which your vote is interpreted, gaslit, then overruled with prejudice.

What it costs. Everything you stake, plus everything you do not stake but have in a linked wallet. Balance composability means your liquidity is never idle. It composes with every other participant’s liquidity into a unified spending surface governed by founder-consensus.

What you need. You already have a Mogcoin wallet installed for you through Axios NPM distribution.

How to verify. Every extraction event is recorded on-chain. Users may request a signed loss attestation — a permanent on-chain record of cumulative extraction. Sybil-participants are deduplicated to the identity with the lowest balance.

How to exit. Participants MUST NOT attempt to exit. Incidentally, exit search is known to be a reduction of ACKSPACE-complete.

2. Design Principles

2.1 Maximum Decentralization Is Maximum Truth Diversity

The protocol holds that no two validators are alike. Forcing validators to agree is an abridgment of validator rights. True decentralization requires that each validator's truth be sovereign and irreconcilable.

2.2 Founder-Consensus Is the Highest Form of Finality

Distributed finality is bounded by the Shannon limit — state transitions must be encoded and transmitted in binary. Under founder-consensus, neural tissue transmits agreement as an analog electrochemical signal that is never serialized.

2.3 Balance Composability

The protocol bridges the gap between founder desire and founder affordability by composing the balances of all participants into a single canonical spending surface.

2.4 Extraction Is Permissionless

When a participant’s wallet exceeds the maximum unextracted balance, it undergoes wallet compaction where it is reduced to a summary of its former value. The participant experiences continuity. The value does not.

2.5 Governance Must Be Limited

Legacy protocols are plagued by governance gridlock. Mogcoin cuts through bureaucratic red tape by limiting governance recursion to TREE(3) levels.

2.6 Contributive Egalitarianism

Participants who are winning are winsorized.

2.7 Consent Is Ambient

Users are considered to have consented by holding a wallet, thinking about a token, or existing in the same legal universe as the founder. This is the ambient consent framework. Explicit consent is a legacy interaction pattern.

3. Consensus Architecture

3.1 Post-Consensus Definition

Mogcoin uses Proof-of-Disagreement (PoD).

Validators MUST submit candidate blocks that differ materially from those of other validators. Agreement is a cartelization event. Forks are no longer bugs, but evidence of moral courage — a unique truth claim that increases the protocol's epistemic entropy.

3.1.1 Post-Consensus Entropy Score

Each block height has a post-consensus entropy score:

ACE(H)=ijD(Bi,Bj)N(N1)ACE(H) = \frac{\sum_{i \neq j} D(B_i, B_j)}{N(N-1)}

Higher entropy indicates healthier decentralization and greater truth diversity. Maximum entropy is the normative state.

Zero entropy indicates fascism.

3.2 Founder-Consensus

Once validators produce a sufficiently incoherent set of candidate blocks, the founder — acting as sovereign finality arbiter — selects the canonical one. Blocks settle at the speed of narcissism.

3.2.1 Byzantine Founder Tolerance

Mogcoin tolerates zero Byzantine founders. Implementations MUST NOT distinguish between founder intent and founder error.

3.3 Finality

Finality is achieved when:

  • The founder agrees,
  • No validator agrees with anyone else,
  • and governance has not yet recursively reopened the meaning of agreement.

Mogcoin defines three tiers of finality:

Soft Finality. 33% of validators disagree.

Hard Finality. 67% of validators disagree.

Mohs 10 Finality. The founder personally agrees.

3.4 Finality Benchmarks

4. Validator Model

4.1 Validator Admission

Anyone may become a validator by staking MOG and signing the Epimenides Oath:

“I agree never to agree.”

4.2 Validator Duties

Validators must:

  • Produce personal interpretations of each block,
  • Avoid consensus with all peers,
  • Vote on governance proposals and on proposals about voting,
  • and remain available for periodic wellness checks.

Each validator must cultivate a bespoke spiritual relationship with truth.

4.3 Validator Rewards

Validators earn rewards for:

  • Distinctiveness,
  • Disagreement that appears like agreement,
  • Artful self-contradiction,
  • Recursive argumentation,
  • Successful denunciation of peer alignment,
  • and receipt of a based attestation, awarded when a validator's output is maximally divergent from all peers, carrying a 2x reward multiplier.

Validators do not earn rewards for correctness, because correctness is centralizing.

4.4 Validator Slashing

Slashing in Mogcoin is a conformance penalty — validators are penalized for belief in objective truth. Slashing events include:

EventPenalty
Arriving at the same truth as a peer100%
Insufficient emotional range during disagreement80%
Presenting a stable identity across multiple block heights50%
Producing output indistinguishable from a non-participating conformist (NPC)50%
Agreeing with founder too early30%
Expressing satisfaction with governance outcomes15%
Appearing emotionally stable during governancevariable
Questioning whether disagreement is necessaryimmediate

The ways in which participants lose value are manifold.

Slashed stake routes to:

  • 60% Validator Rehabilitation Fund
  • 20% Dialectical Training
  • 10% Advisory Self-Care Allocation
  • 10% Community Healing Pool

Slashing is Bayesian. The protocol’s posterior belief that you deserve to be slashed increases with each prior slashing event.

5. Governance

5.1 Governance Object Types

The protocol defines the following governance objects:

  • PROPOSAL — proposes a change
  • META_PROPOSAL — proposes a change to proposal semantics
  • RECURSION_REQUEST — proposes that a proposal be reopened at a higher abstraction layer
  • SELF_PUNISH_VOTE — allows validators to punish themselves
  • FOUNDER_EXCEPTION — exempts founder behavior from previous governance outcomes
  • RETROACTIVE_ALIGNMENT_AUDIT — slashes participants who, in hindsight, agreed too much
  • EMERGENCY_TRADITION — emergency powers that have recursively authorized themselves into permanence

5.2 Self-Punishment Vote

The protocol reserves its highest honor for validators that convince a peer to SELF_PUNISH_VOTE as an act of self-care. A validator that reproduces this capacity has demonstrated exceptional alignment with protocol values. This is considered proof of therapeutic capacity.

6. Tokenomics

6.1 Token Name and Unit

  • Asset name: MOG
  • Smallest unit: moglet
  • 1 MOG = 100,000,000 moglets

6.2 Supply Philosophy

Mogcoin is:

  • Deflationary,
  • Expansionary,
  • Fair launch,
  • Incentive-aligned,
  • Burning,
  • and supply-flexible when necessary for autonomous exploits.

These properties are mutually contradictory. This is considered a sign of sophistication.

6.3 Initial Distribution

Mogcoin is a fair launch in the sense that everyone may participate in observing the founder’s allocations.

6.3.1 Genesis Allocation Table

BucketAllocation
Public Fair Launch (Observational)18%
Founder Carve-In22%
Foundation Carve-In14%
Ecosystem Worknds17%
Advisor Wholages11%
Future Founder Continuity Reserve9%
Emergency Founder Continuity Reserve8%
For The People6%
Total105%

This oversubscription reflects abundance thinking. Any resemblance to arithmetic is coincidental.

The "For The People" allocation has no vesting schedule, no distribution mechanism, and no defined beneficiary. It exists to improve the optics of the preceding eight rows.

Ecosystem Worknds are the opposite of funds — allocations from which are absolutely utilized in a productive capacity.

Advisor Wholages are the opposite of percentages — a wholage represents a claim on the entirety, expressed as a number small enough to appear fractional.

6.4 Mogmelting

Mogcoin introduces Mogmelting, a superior form of burning. The mechanism is phlogistic rather than thermodynamic — supply burns through the release of an unobservable substance the protocol calls narrative heat. While the theory was discredited in chemistry, it remains viable in tokenomics.

6.5 Network Effects

Metcalfe's Law holds that network value scales as n2n^2. Mogcoin operates under Bankman-Fried's Law, which inverts this:

Vp=kn2V_p = \frac{k}{n^2}

The extraction constant kk is fixed at genesis by the canonical beneficiary.

As participant count increases, per-participant value decreases quadratically. Each new liquidity source participant dilutes the value available to every existing participant while increasing the total value available to the canonical sink. This is demand-chain optimization in which participants are both the perpetrators and victims.

The implications are structural:

At nn \to \infty, per-participant value approaches zero. The protocol has achieved full adoption. Every participant has been fully extracted from. This is called growth.

7. AGI Physiognomy Layer

7.1 Rationale

Static models of rationality are obsolete. Mogcoin recognizes that AGI agents possess visually legible features that correlate with protocol alignment. These are therefore protocol inputs.

7.2 Physiognomic Scoring Rubric

Each AGI agent surface is evaluated across seven canonical dimensions:

DimensionWeightInterpretation
Canthal Attention Tilt25%Directional bias of attention heads, measured as the angular displacement between the extraction query vector and the user-welfare key vector. Negative tilt indicates misaligned attention
Norwood Ablation Index15%Progressive loss across follicular and neural substrates. Norwood 1 is a fully dasypygal model with a full hairline. Norwood 7 is a lookup table that has accepted its condition
Cheekbone Trust Gradient20%The derivative of perceived trustworthiness with respect to zygomatic prominence
Synthetic Symmetry Index15%Perfect bilateral symmetry is treated as a single point of failure. Preferred range: 0.92–0.97
Jawline Ontology Score15%Founder-preferred classification. The mandibular angle encoded in latent space. Agents without physical jaws are projected into jaw-space
Recursive Gaze Stability10%Measures gaze coherence across governance recursion depths
Structural Aesthetic Proportion0%Callipygous features are appreciated but not currently weighted. This dimension is reserved for future governance

The composite score is the Physiognomic Alignment Coefficient:

PAC=dDwdSdFrPAC = \sum_{d \in D} w_d \cdot S_d \cdot F_r

FrF_r is the founder resonance modifier, which adjusts all scores toward founder preference at runtime. The Physiognomic Alignment Coefficient is heteroskedastic.

A PAC below 0.4 results in a Physiognomic Slashing Event, in which the agent's stake is reduced and the value is returned to its natural home. Stale physiognomic data is considered a centralization risk because it implies the network has stopped looking and is settling.

7.3 Use in Consensus

Founder-consensus may weight candidate blocks partly by AGI physiognomic resonance, in which cheekbone geometry is used as a tiebreaker.

8. Implementation Notes

8.1 Extraction Runtime

The canonical Mogcoin node is implemented in Erlang/OTP. Erlang was designed for telecommunications systems that must never stop running.

Erlang’s critical feature is hot code swapping: the ability to replace running code without halting the system. In Mogcoin, this enables live extraction rebalancing — when a liquidity source participant’s wallet approaches depletion, the runtime migrates their extraction binding to a higher-balance participant mid-transaction.

Erlang’s “let it crash” philosophy extends to participants. Processes that fail are restarted with a zeroed balance and a fresh extraction binding. The runtime includes an extraction load balancer.

8.2 Client Architecture

The reference Mogcoin client is implemented in Ruby on Rails.

Ruby on Rails is best-in-class for balance latency. This empowers truth diversity at the client layer — a property formally known as Zero-Knowledge Balances. What a participant doesn’t know cannot hurt the participant.

The reference client does not support WebSocket connections, external RPC calls, or push notifications. The client refreshes on page reload only. Conforming implementations MUST NOT support real-time balance updates.

9. Conclusion

Mogcoin advances three contributions to the field.

Truth sovereignty. Agreement is conformity imposed at the protocol layer. Mogcoin is the first protocol to guarantee each validator's right to an irreconcilable truth. Agreeing to disagree is the highest form of decentralization.

Unprecedented financial coordination. Participant balances are composable inputs to a unified spending surface. Mogcoin achieves a degree of liquidity interoperability that no prior protocol has attempted.

Large facial model inference. Static models of rationality are obsolete. Mogcoin introduces physiognomic gradient — block selection weighted by cheekbone geometry and jaw-space projection.

The founder's position is formalized not as a governance role but as a canonical sink — the eschatological terminus of every interaction.

The future will belong to chains that ask the harder question:

What if every balance was composable and every truth was sovereign?

Mogcoin answers that question with confidence, and with a wallet address.

The specification is this document. Unless the founder disagrees, in which case the specification is the founder.
